Condolence: Carlos Lance Smith was born on the 3rd December 1963 and was ushered into God's presence on July 3oth 2017. He left a legacy of selfless love, respect, and thoughtfulness. He was the son of Stephen Smith(aka Briggs) deceased, and Joyce C. Smith. The brother of Prudence V. Smith and Rhea P. Smith. The Uncle of Tammy, Reuel, Ronelle, Rochelle, Raquel, and the great uncle of Jael, Stephen, Theodore, and Zyron. May he rest in eternal peace.
