Grandma

One memory I clearly remember of my grandmother was when I was a little girl. My grandma and mom both had wavey curly hair and I just wanted to be like them. One night my mom and dad went out somewhere and my grandma and grandpa were babysitting us. She had a certain round brush she used that helped get her hair more curly. My grandma stepped out the room to get a coke and I took her brush and used it on my hair. I wrapped the brush up in a strand of hair to try to get it to be curly. When she came back in the room my hair was knotted into the brush and she said"Erin! why would you do that!". I explained to her that I just wanted to have curly hair like her and my mom. She then sat with me for an hour getting the knot out of my hair while we watched a movie. She didn't yell at more nor did she get upset. She told me she loves my beautiful hair and me. I love and miss you, Grandma.
