Growing up Uncle Phil to me was one of the coolest. I remember him sitting with famoly and sharing many funny stories and most of all I remember his beaufiful smile along with his long sleeve shirts which he always rolled up-LOL..He will be missed and Im sorry WE didnt stay in touch over the years. Until we meet again Uncle Phil!!
