To the family of Msgr. Burns our deepest sympathy. Msgr Burns was such a major part of our entire Carey Family when he resided in St. Sebastian’s Church. He will be sadly missed & too many wonderful memories to list. He married my husband & 34 years ago this September 8th. I just know my mom & dad, Anne & Vincent Carey were there to greet him in Heaven. He lived a long & blessed life & was truly loved by everyone in St Sebastian’s in Woodside, NY. He will be missed by my family very much. May he truly Rest In Peace.
