David M. Rainsford was born July 5, 1938 in Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland and passed away on February 23, 2019. He was the son of Patrick and Margaret (nee Graham) Rainsford. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Virginia M. Alonso-Rainsford, and three children, Christine and her husband, Eric Rossman, Brenda and her husband, Michael Maxworthy, and Margaret and her husband, Thomas McCarthy. He was the loving grandfather of Lucas and Zachary Rossman, and Brayden and Carter Maxworthy. David is also survived by his brother, Patrick (Danno) in England and his sister, Mary and her husband, Sean Walsh, in Ireland. He was predeceased by his brother, James. Other survivors include several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
