Edward Victor DeSantis 75, from Georgetown section of Brooklyn passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021. Eddie, as he was known to family and friends, was born on November 5th 1945 to the late Victor and Lucille (nee Calise) DeSantis. Eddie served in the Army and was honorably discharged in 1971. Eddie worked for the Department of Sanitation for 20 years and retired in 1990. He was an avid chess player, loved to ride his bike and take long walks. He is predeceased by his sister Pat (nee DeSantis) Graviano and is survived by his brother and Sister-in-law John & Eileeen DeSantis, his nephews Paul Graviano & Scott (& Lianna) DeSantis & his nieces Patricia (nee Graviano) & Frank Gioffre, Susan (nee Graviano) & Mitchell Feinstein, Kellyann (nee DeSantis) & John Cox along with 6 Great-nieces & 2 Great-nephews, aunts, cousins, and a myriad of family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to be made out to "St Jude's Children's Hospital" or the "American Cancer Society" in Eddie's name.
